I think it works for me
Trying to get my head around not smoking and drinking and eating healthy. It's so much hard work. The not smoking and drinking go hand in hand, but. When you're stuck at work overnight, you have a choice between kebabs and pizza. Yeah, I could bring something from home, but it doesn't fit in with my disorganized lifestyle, so forget that.
Part of what's keeping me indoors at the moment is FIFA 10. Same game, same rules, minor improvements. I really don't know why it's such an amazing game, but seriously, it is. Picked up where I left off last year being near on invincible as long as I play with the French national side. Karim Benzema is a freight train. Totally unstoppable.
Went to the casino Sunday to watch Manchester United play Liverpool. Awesome game, with a pretty sizeable crowd. Each Liverpool goal brought cheers from the hordes of fans. Decided Paul and I were gonna hang and watch Arsenal game as well. There was a dude banging two glasses together shouting gooners gooners, a dude spilling beer on himself, and the two of us. 4am casino crowd. So good.
Trying to summon the motivation to do something with a car, but it's too much effort. GTR still waiting on parts and 7 still waiting on me to pull my finger out.
The only thing I can be bothered doing is acquiring another one. It's not really going to be mine, but I'll be driving it purely for comedy value.
Drive around lookin like an asshole.

Behind my gameboy I got game girl
I've done nothing but return to gaming lately. Started off in QLD when I took my copy of SF4 while I was staying at Matts. Matt told me to stick to my guns and keep on the jump kick sweep thing, and I'd get there in the end. Supposed to fight him tonight on XBlive. Probably gonna smash him. Stay tuned for updates. I also wanna get a game of FIFA in tonight with him. He reckon's he's scared to play me. Wouldn't be surprised at all considering he thinks Birmingham are a pretty decent team.
Also moved house which means I had to get both cars out of the driveway and to workshops to get them running. Neither has been touched as far as I know, and I'm waiting on a few things, but it's all pretty inconsequential.
Driving up to brissie again in a month or so with Brett and Jack. Looks like Erika is coming too. Hopefully won't affect the broness of the trip too much. Speaking of Erika she got me a totally rad new jacket for my birthday, which I spent all of in bed. Probably go out one night next week, eat a whole lot of BBQ and get drunk.

What it do?
Meaningless update ahoy.
I'd love to write something exciting here, but nothing has really happened. I went out and got mad drunk on Friday, but it sucked in the end and the highlight of the night was the Chicken Kebab at the end. In short, fuck bitches.
I found some cool music that you've probably seen before.
Thinking about moving the location of this thing, just cos I'm sick of the name.
Suggestions welcome.
Late edit just for irony.

New House
No, not the television series.
We moved house the other day. It's the first time I've ever really done it, and as much as I hate the place I am now living in, I feel that I could never leave it, unless I left everything I owned there when I moved out. What's so bad about it?
1. It's on a main road. Sure, that's not the end of the world, right? It's not that there's heaps of traffic or noise that bothers me, it's the fact that there's nowhere to park a car, and when I walk out to the street it just looks like a desolate concrete jungle. No shops, no grass on the side of the road, just the monolithic local Sports/RSL club lurking at the next set of traffic lights, waiting to ensnare me with cheap meals and drinks, and the pokies.
2. It's on the third floor. This in itself isn't such a great issue. I think we probably get less noise and that junk for being up so high, and maybe even a bit more of a breeze. You know what does suck? Walking up 3 flights of stairs. You know what sucks more? Doing it carrying a fridge.
3. The garage. It's not a bad garage, don't get me wrong. It's just a pain in the ass to get into. I've taken to parking the borrowed Magna on the street until the garage is empty, at which time I'll probably start driving the GTR again and annoying all my neighbours.
4. There is nothing to do. We don't really have any furniture, so there's no couch to sit on. There's also no TV as yet, nor is there anything to put a TV on. Until now I never really noticed how dependant on my TV I am. So in place of all the furniture that should be there is just boxes of personal belongings that I'll have to try and sort through this weekend.
I've found three things to do at home so far. I can listen to my Ipod on the old PC speakers that were donated by a friend, I can read a book, or I can have a shower, which is often preferable considering the place is like an oven on a hot day. We should have internet soon though, which will give me something to do.
No images, no videos, just text. Suck it up.
